In this experiential three hour class, herbalist Brooke Sackenheim of Sovereignty Herbs and somatic therapist Tara Hedges, RYT will teach participants about how engaging medicinal herbs through our senses in combination with movement of yoga can facilitate change in our perspectives of our bodies while also cultivating kindred relationships with our minds.
